PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The unique look and design of this lighter is sure to impress! This wood turned lighter is a remake of the vintage style 1940's trench lighter, a later version of the lighter that World War I soldiers serving in the trenches in Europe crafted from available materials.
The lighter is wrapped in bocote hardwood fashioned like a whiskey barrel. The barrel rings are added using special wire burning process and then the wood is finished with a protective hard wax polish for long wearing durability.

Made with all natual hardwoods, and finished with mineral oil and beeswax for a completely food safe surface for meal prep or serving. The beeswax we use is sourced from local Indiana Bee Farmers and provides a great protective finish that it all natural and will keep your cutting board looking rich.
We include a bottle of mineral oil with our cutting boards that you can use periodically to keep your boards looking like new, along with a Cutting Board Use & Care Guide.

Our cutting boards are triple finished to provide long lasting protection. We start by giving each board two mineral oil baths, letting the oil soak in as much as possible. For the final coat we custom blend all natural unrefined coconut oil with Beeswax from local Bee Farmers. This oil/wax coat provides the best protection for your board that will last for many washings.
