  • Where are your products made?
    All of our products are handcrafted in our shop in Indiana. When you buy from us you are supporting a local small business.
  • How do I get the ink to flow in my new fountain pen?
    Our fountain pens will ship dry, meaning no ink is installed. Check out our written instructions with tips & tricks on getting your new fountain pen flowing. Fountain Pen Instructions
  • How do I care for my new cutting board?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. If you visit us at an in person show we also accept Venmo & Cash App.
  • How do I track my order?
    As soon as your order is fulfilled you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Orders are typically filled in 1 business day.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We typically process orders same day, or next business day, depending on when the order is placed. We also offer different shipping options, so if you are in a pickle and need it fast we can help you get it there.
  • I received my order and the item was damaged, what do I do?
    All shipments are insured, so if yours was damaged during shipping please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Since most of our items are unique and one of a kind, we will work with you to remake the item as close as possible to the original, or refund your money.
  • Do you accept returns?
    You may return any item within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused. Returned items must not be damaged or used in any way, otherwise they will not be accepted. Please contact us to request an RMA before returning your item or it will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned item we will process your refund on the same payment method you used to pay for the order. If you have any issues with your product please contact us right away. We want to work with you to correct the issue, and would be happy to assist in any way. *Buyer pays return shipping **Custom order items cannot be returned
